Chimney & Lead

Chimneys are where most roofs start letting water in. We handle repointing, rebuilds, new flaunching, cowls and pots, and we do it off proper scaffold rather than leaning off a ladder.

All lead work is code-rated and dressed by hand: flashings, soakers, valleys, back gutters and saddles. No mortar smeared over a gap and no flashing tape pretending to be a repair.
