Flat Roofs

Most flat roofs fail because the water never leaves them. We fit GRP fibreglass, EPDM rubber and high-performance torch-on felt with the falls set properly, so the roof drains instead of ponding.

Old felt comes off, the decking gets checked and replaced where it is soft, and new trims and outlets go on. A correctly laid flat roof lasts decades, not the five years people have come to expect.
