Roof Replacement

When a roof has had its day, patching it stops being worth the money. We strip the whole roof back, check every rafter and batten, and rebuild it properly with new breathable membrane, treated battens and your choice of tile or slate.

You get a fixed written price before we start, scaffold included, and it does not move once the roof is open. Most houses take three to five days. We take every scrap of the old roof away with us and leave the garden as we found it.
